REPRESENTATIVE MANAGER

Hills Basketball Association is seeking a highly organised and passionate Representative Programs Manager to lead the delivery of our Junior, Senior and Wheelchair Representative programs, along with the management of our NBL1 East program.

This role sits at the centre of our high performance pathway, working closely with coaches, athletes and performance staff to deliver programs that support development from grassroots through to elite competition.

It is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of NSW’s fastest growing basketball associations and play a key role in shaping the Hornets pathway.

About the Role:

You will oversee the coordination and delivery of all Representative programs, ensuring players, coaches and officials are supported in a professional, organised and high-performance environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day administration and coordination across all Representative programs

Overseeing registrations, records, uniforms, compliance and program communications

Managing trials, training schedules, events and representative game days

Leading operational delivery of the NBL1 program, including visas, accommodation and transport logistics

Working closely with the High Performance team to support athlete, coach and official development

About You:

We are looking for someone who thrives in sport environments and enjoys bringing programs and people together.

You will ideally have:

Experience in sports management, program administration or event coordination

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confidence supervising people and operations in live event environments

The ability to work calmly and efficiently in busy, deadline-driven settings

Availability for occasional evening and weekend work, including NBL1 home games

This is a permanent part-time position (32 hours per week) with additional game day involvement during the season.
