Hills Basketball Association (HBA) Affiliated Clubs play in HBA local competitions and agree to all terms & conditions, policies and by-laws (click here to view). Affiliated Clubs generally offer uniforms, coaches, and sometimes additional training, so additional fees may be charged. Please ensure you aware of fees prior to nominating with an Affiliated Club.
