U14 CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS WRAP-UP

Our U14 Boys Premier travelled to Casey, Victoria from 24 – 29 September to compete at the U14 Club Championships. This is a national event, where the best teams across the country come together to compete.

It is an incredible achievement just to qualify in the top 24 teams in Australia, but the team had an amazing tournament overall.

The boys went undefeated for their first 5 games, topping their pool and qualifying for the top 8 and putting them through to the Quarter Finals. Unfortunately, the boys had a tough game against Keilor Thunder, where the fatigue of a week long tournament got to them. Despite this, the team came together to defeat Casey Caveleirs and qualify as 7th in the country and 1st in NSW.

This is an outstanding achievement for the team and we congratulate all players, coaches and supporters.
