Hills Basketball Association boasting a local competition of over 800 teams and a presence in all major Basketball NSW competitions is looking for an experienced administrator to lead our Officials Department into our next phase of growth. The Officials Manager will oversee our referee program, our statistician and scorebench crews and be a critical member of the Basketball Operations Leadership Team.
Our successful applicant will be articulate, well presented, have interpersonal skills that stand them apart from the norm. Their ability to solve problems with practical yet innovative solutions will be a trademark and their desire to measure what they manage will be a key to their success. While having been a basketball referee is a benefit it is not a pre-requisite. For more details and role specifics please refer to the job description.
