RECEPTIONIST – HILLS BASKETBALL STADIUM | Part-time

Hills Basketball Association are seeking a highly organised, energetic, and customer focused receptionist to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while also providing administrative support for our Community Basketball team. This position requires experience with Microsoft, excellent communication and organisational skills. The role is located at Hills Basketball Stadium on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 8am-4pm.

Key Responsibilities

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams as needed.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Assist in event management, including daytime tournaments, camps and events.
  • Manage daily banking.
  • Manage daily casual bookings.
  • Restock merchandise shelves.
  • Manage first aid and injuries.
  • Manage stationery orders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • First Aid Certificate + CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check
