COMPETITION MANAGER | Part-time position
Permanent Part-Time | 32 hours per week | Leadership Role

Domestic competitions, Stingers Club, 3×3 tournaments, and Club Challenge events.

Leadership of the Competitions Administrator, Supervisors, and competition staff.

Strategic planning, program growth, and delivery of the annual competitions calendar.

Financial management, including budgets, invoicing, and reporting.

Media and communications, ensuring competitions are promoted effectively and consistently.

Member engagement, customer service, and compliance with HBA policies and child safety standards.

Demonstrated experience in competition or event management at scale.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage staff and volunteers.

Financial literacy (budgets, reporting, invoicing).

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Confidence with digital competition systems.

A passion for basketball and community sport.

A dynamic leadership role in NSW’s largest basketball associations.
