Athletes should wear comfortable athletic attire suitable for both strength and conditioning and on-court basketball training. This includes:

  • T-shirt or training shirt

  • Basketball shorts or activewear bottoms

  • Supportive athletic shoes (basketball or cross-training shoes are recommended)

  • Hornets gear (if you have it – rep your colours!)

Please also bring a water bottle, towel & basketball. 

A High Performance singlet will be available in August.
