1. You must be on your child’s login to use Active Kids Voucher (AKV).
  2. Your child’s date of birth on profile must match birth certificate.
  3. If you copy & paste an AKV number it may only transfer the first 13 numbers due to the spaces. AKV requires 16 digits.
  4. The password is the ddmm of child’s date of birth.
