HIGH PERFORMANCE MANAGER & HEAD COACH
Reece Potter is an extremely qualified coach with years of experience. He has been in the Basketball industry for over 10 years, coaching at State and National level. His experience includes roles at Wyndham Basketball as the Player and Coach Development Manager, NBL1 Men’s Head Coach 2021-current, as well as overseeing the Knox Grammar School to be one of the leading basketball programs in the State over the past 5 years.
Reece is known for his passion, determination and dedication to excellence. He provides honest feedback and has a true understanding of how athletes work to achieve pathway. His work ethic and guidance will provide Hornets Representative Players the opportunity to be their best version.

BAILEY O’BRIEN

Bailey is the Founder and Head Coach of BaiFit. He has been in the fitness industry for over 8 years, competing in elite pathways as a state basketball player, and crossfit athlete. Bailey was ranked as the 17th fittest man in Oceania in 2024 and has since moved into the Hybrid Athlete space, running marathons and attending the Hyrox World Championships in Chicago. Bailey embodies what it means to maximise your athletic talent to create opportunities in the sporting industry.

TIFFANY WANG
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
With a wealth of coaching knowledge, Tiffany combines her education with her infectious personality to help create positive change with clients. With a Bachelor of Exercise Science and currently completing her Masters in Exercise Physiology, Tiff is passionate about maximizing client potential through analyzing movement patterns and identifying how to best improve. Tiffany has experience in group fitness coaching through her previous role with F45, sport specific roles with Football NSW, exercise science applications through her internship with ProForm and private personal training.
Tiff enjoys strength training and Olympic lifting, and sure knows how to throw a barbell around. She qualified for the Australian Weightlifting Nationals in the 53kg class, lifting a total of 140kg.
