MEMBERS AREA

Our Hornets Academy Holiday Camps & Term 1 programs go online from 17/11/20 at 12pm.

Make sure you have familiarised yourself with our new members area, which provides additional security and services for customers. 

EVERY CHILD HAS A UNIQUE USERNAME & PASSWORD. 

At the top of the website you’ll see a MEMBERS AREA (printed in orange). This will be your pathway to your individual dashboard for payments, receipts and much more.

Players will be required to know their username & password to access online payments. 

HOW TO LOG INTO THE MEMBERS AREA

  • If you have ever participated in a Hills Hornets program you have a login. Please don’t create a new username.
  • You must be on your child’s login to use Active Kids Voucher.
  • Forgotten your username? Click here to request. Please note your email address must match our database to receive notifications.
  • Usernames are case sensitive.
  • Forgotten your password? Click hereto create/reset.
  • If you don’t receive username or password notification within 2 minutes please check Spam or Junk mail and drag to inbox.
  • Please remember your email address must match our database to receive notifications. If you have a new email address, you’ll need to contact the Stadium on 02 9894-8944.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR PROGRAM OR CAMP

Login to Members Area (as provided above).

  • Login, click on the credit card from the menu of red boxes.
  • Scroll down and select the name of the program.
  • Select the program you are looking for, from the drop down arrow in the Product Category box. 
  • Find program and ADD TO CART.
  • Continue shopping or CHECK OUT.
  • Enter ATTENDEE (Select ADD MYSELF if the person attending is the profile user). 
  • Additional ATTENDEE you are required to enter first name, surname, date of birth, gender and email address.
  • Confirm Attendee, Assign Attendee and then view checkout.
  • If program is eligible (8 weeks), add ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER if required. Enter 16 digit number and pin (dd/mm of birth) and press VALIDATE.
  • Do not copy and paste the voucher from the Active Kids voucher, as it can add spacing. 
  • Then press CONTINUE.
  • Enter credit card details if you are required to pay more than the AKV or you do not have an AKV.
  • Press PAY to complete transaction.
