Uniform Extension Request

All teams participating in HBA Competitions must be in full uniform by Week 4 (Week commencing Monday 2nd November), as per our by-laws. If your team requires an extension, please complete all details in the form below. (Proof of Purchase required)

Exemptions need to be submitted during office hours (9:00am - 5:00pm), Monday to Friday. Game day supervisors cannot approve uniform exemptions and will not accept any requests made on the night.

Please note requesting an exemption doesn’t automatically mean it will be accepted.
Exemptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
