MINIBALL INDIVIDUAL PLAYER NOMINATION FORM | BORN BETWEEN 2015 & 2018
This form is for children who would like to be placed in a local competition team for the Winter 2026 Miniball season (U9, U10, U11 or U12). Children must be born between 2015 & 2018 only. (2019 players will be accepted on a case by case basis, please contact the Competitions Department)

If your child has already joined a team there is no need to complete this form. The team manager will include your child's details on the team entry.

Please note that if your child is playing in the Winter 2026 competition, they must not turn the age of the competition (eg: Players playing in the U9s competition may turn a maximum of 8 in 2026).

Please note - Any entries received on or after Sunday 8th of February 2026 are not guaranteed a position in a team.

Once your child has been placed in a team you will be required to pay for your child's player registration (BNSW) via your child's dashboard. The fee for the player registration is $125.00 (online payment) and is valid for one year from date of purchase.

The Competitions Department will contact you within the next couple of weeks with more information in regards to your child's placement within a team. The Winter 2026 Competition commences the week of Monday 20th of April and concludes Saturday 26th September (no games during School Holidays or over the June long weekend).

If you change your mind in regards to your child's participation in the competition please advise competitions@hillshornets.com.au at the earliest convenience. If you do not advise us, we will assume your child is playing and they will be placed in a team.
